First edition of anti restander unit, Brillouin Blister. I was kinda shock to see this promo card because of it's skill. I can say its rare skill so far and synonyms with Megacolony clan which anti [Stand].

This card can targeted on restander Vanguards on their first attack even on some G units. It's a situation card but it is still worth it to put in deck when you know you are fighting with clan that mostly their ace will has a restander skill especially Dragonic Overlord deck.
