All new in Cardfight!! Vanguard G, Girz Crisis. Interdimensional Beast, Metallica Phoenix is a new G unit used by Chrono Shindo in the latest episode. Of course with his new Dependent Card, Chrono Dran.

Chrono Dran
[AUTO]:Forerunner (When a unit of the same clan rides this unit, you may call this unit to (RC))[AUTO] Generation Break 1 (This ability is active if you have one or more face up G units in total on your (VC) or G zone):[Put this card into your soul] When this unit is put into yourbind zone from (RC), you may pay the cost. If you do, search your deck for up to one grade 3 or greater card with "Chronojet" in its card name, call it to (RC), shuffle your deck, and at the end of that turn, return the unit called with this effect to your hand.
Watch the preview when Chrono Stride Interdimensional Beast, Metallica Phoenix and implement his combo with Chrono Dran.

Basically the skill is called Time Leap, (Bind it, call a card from your deck that is a grade greater, and shuffle. At the end of turn, put the unit called on the bottom of your deck, and call the bound card). So by activating Metallica Phoenix's skill to Time Leap Chrono Dran, therefore you will able to use Chrono Dran;s skill to Superior Call Chronojet Dragon & another grade 1 unit for the Time Leap. Pretty easy and beautiful to watch, on the end of the turn, you may put Chronojet Dragon into your hand and prepare for Stride on the next turn.

Leon is Back with Blue Wave Dragon with More Powerful and Wave Attacks !

Blue Wave Marshal Dragon, Tetra-boil Dragon
[Stride(Released when both players' vanguards are grade 3 or greater!)-Stride Step-[Choose one or more cards with the sum of their grades being 3 or greater from your hand, and discard them] Stride this card on your (VC) from face down.[AUTO](VC) Generation Break 2:[Counter Blast (1) & Choose a face down card named "Blue Wave Marshal Dragon, Tetra-boil Dragon" from your G zone, and turn it face up] When this unit attacks a vanguard, if you have a heart card with "Blue Wave" in its card name, you may pay the cost. If you do, until end of turn, this unit gets drive-1, and"[AUTO](VC)Wave-4th time (This ability is active during the specified battles of each turn):[Choose a card from your hand, and discard it] At the end of the battle that your rear-guard attacked a vanguard, you may pay the cost. If you do, [Stand] this unit.".
I was extremely happy to see this G unit since Aqua Force is one of my favourite deck to play. Leon Souryu gonna use this G unit to beat Chrono. Okay, that's a bit exaggerated but for sure Leon gonna use it in the next episode. One word, STORM. Remember the first Tetra Drive Dragon? This G unit works exactly like it! A restander G unit. Let's see how the Stride skill unit works.

Blue Wave Dragon, Anger-boil Dragon
[AUTO](VC) Generation Break 2 Wave-2nd time (This ability is active during the specified battles of each turn):When this unit attacks a vanguard, this unit gets [Power]+5000 until end of turn, choose up to one of your rear-guards, [Stand] it, and it gets [Power]+10000 until end of turn.[AUTO](VC):During your turn, when your unit named "Blue Wave Marshal Dragon, Tetra-boil DragonStride, choose one of your vanguards, until end of turn, it gets [Power]+3000, and "[AUTO](VC)Wave-2nd time (This ability is active during the specified battles of each turn):When this unit attacks a vanguard, choose up to two of your rear-guards, [Stand] them, and they get [Power]+3000 until end of turn.".
Wow ! It works really fine with Blue Wave Marshal Dragon, Tetra-boil Dragon. Now the Tetra Drive Dragon skill is complete!

Watch how Leon does the combo:

On the second attack/Wave, the G unit not only gets the restand skill, its even restand two of your rested rear-guards with power up. Crazily powerful.

Blue Wave Dragon, Dagger Master Dracokid
AUTO]:Forerunner (When a unit of the same clan rides this unit, you may call this unit to (RC))[ACT](RC) Generation Break 1:[Counter Blast (1) & Put this unit into your soul] Choose one of your vanguards with "Blue Wave" in its card name, until end of turn, it gets "[AUTO](VC)Wave-2nd time or more (This ability is active during the specified battles of each turn):When this unit attacks a vanguard, draw a card." and "[AUTO](VC)Wave-5th time or more:When this unit attacks a vanguard, this unit gets [Critical]+1 until end of that battle.".
What can I say, this card is the best Aqua Force starter ever! With combining all of their skill, now the -1 drive check paid off! You get to draw 2 cards and extra Critical on the Final blow. Can't wait to use them, I really mean it.

Witch Queen of Transfiguration, Sinclair Ruling?

Witch Queen of Transfiguration, Sinclair
[Stride]-Stride Step-[Choose one or more cards with the sum of their grades being 3 or greater from your hand, and discard them] Stride this card on your (VC) from face down.
[ACT](VC)1/Turn:[Counter Blast (1)] If you have a heart card with "Witch" in its card name, and the number of your opponent's grade 0 rear-guards is two or more, your opponent reveals ten cards from the top of his or her deck, chooses a grade 0 card from among them, rides it, shuffles his or her deck, until end of turn, that unit gets "[AUTO](VC):[Counter Blast (1)] At the beginning of the guard step of the battle that this unit was attacked, you may pay the cost. If you do, choose any number of cards from your hand, call them (GC) as [Rest]." and "[AUTO](VC):At the end of your opponent's turn, choose up to one card from your soul, and ride it.".
The question is Guardian ruling. So basically, normal guard requires to follow the normal rules such as in the text it says,
Guardian Call:
The opponent can Call Guardians from their hand to protect the Unit under attack. The opponent may play any number of cards from their hand to add their Shield power to the power of the unit under attack. The Shield power is found in the yellow square on the left side of the card. Some units have no Shield Power and cannot be called as Guardians. The Guardians must also have a grade equal to or lower than that of your Vanguard. Called Guardians should be placed in the Guardian Circle to keep track of the during the fight. There is no cost to Call Guardians, but all called Guardians will be retired to the Drop Zone at the end of the battle.
The opponent may also use the 'Intercept' ability (specific to Grade 2). If you have a unit in a Rear-Guard Circle in the Front Row that has the Intercept ability, you may move them from there to the Guardian circle and their Shield will be added to your unit's power as well. Just like other Guardians, they will be retired to the Drop Zone after the battle. Units with Intercept can intercept even if they are Resting. You cannot Intercept with your Vanguard and thus having an Intercept icon gives no benefit to a Vanguard.
So now, from Witch Queen of Transfiguration, Sinclair skill, it says, ..."[AUTO](VC):[Counter Blast (1)] At the beginning of the guard step of the battle that this unit was attacked, you may pay the cost. If you do, choose any number of cards from your hand, call them (GC) as [Rest]."

After few discussion in the group, the skill will be consider as Superior Call to Guardian circle. So, let's say you are using the skill, your opponent may still guard with any cards as long as he/she pays the cost. With Triple Drive at the late game the skill can be really overpowered, maybe that's why to put it that way to stable the skill.

Genesis Dragon, Excelics Messiah Preview!

Genesis Dragon, Excelics Messiah
[Stride(Released when both players' vanguards are grade 3 or greater!)-Stride Step-[Choose one or more cards with the sum of their grades being 3 or greater from your hand, and discard them] Stride this card on your (VC) from face down.[AUTO](VC):[Counter Blast (1) & Choose a face down card named "Genesis Dragon, Amnesty Messiah" from your G zone, and turn it face up] When this unit attacks a vanguard, if you have a face up card named "Genesis Dragon, Amnesty Messiah" in your G zone, you may pay the cost. If you do, choose any number of locked cards, and unlock them. All of your units unlocked with this effect get [Power]+3000 until end of turn. Retire all of your opponent's units unlocked with this effect. If the number of units unlocked with this effect is three or more, this unit gets [Critical]+1 until end of that battle.
"All sins are forgiven, allowing you to enter paradise.", Excelics Messiah's card flavor.
The latest Messiah's G unit finally revealed! Okay, It's like Aurageyser Doomed, where Excelics Messiah will need Amnesty Messiah as a cost for using his skill. With Striding him over Alter Ego Messiah, you can already boost 3k for one of your rear-guard and retire one of your opponent's rear guard, of course by locking them first and unlock them later.

Watch Genesis Dragon, Excelics Messiah Stride Generation preview;

I'm sure this card is worth putting in the G deck if you're using Genesis Dragon, Amnesty Messiah.
