Demonic Sea Empress, Mairead | Granblue G unit Card Review!!

Demonic Sea Empress, Mairead

[Stride]-Stride Step-[Choose one or more cards with the sum of their grades being 3 or greater from your hand, and discard them] Stride this card on your (VC) from face down. 

[ACT](VC)[1/Turn]:[Counter Blast (1) & Choose a face down card from your G zone, and turn it face up & Choose a card from your hand, and discard it] Choose up to the same number of normal units from your drop zone as the number of face up cards named "Demonic Sea Empress, Mairead" in your G zone with the sum of their grades being 4 or less, call them to separate (RC), and increase this unit's [Power] by the sum of the original [Power] of the units called with this effect until end of turn.

Being GR in Fighter's Collection 2016 is not a joke for this Granblue G unit. Why do I say this? Mairead is the most impressive G unit for Granblue so far as I have seen. Don't get confuse of the text here. Mairead may can superior call units from drop zone according to the number of face up Mairead on your G zone but with a condition - the sum of their grades must be being 4 or less.

Which mean, okay, let's give an example. Let's say you Stride Mairead for the second time, assuming you already Stride Mairead and used her skill to flip another copy of herself. So now, when you activate her skill during your main phase, flip another copy of herself making you have 3 face up of Mairead on your G zone. Now we need to put a little maths in this.

3 face up Mairead = 3 units you can superior call from your drop zone, and those 3 units must be equal or less than grade 4. For example, one unit of Grade 2 & two units of Grade 1 or 3 units of Grade 1 or 1 unit of Grade 3 & 1 unit of Grade 1. Get it right?

Granblue's G unit, Pirate King of Abyss, Blueheart & Ice Prison Underworld God, Cocytus Negative!

Stride (Released when both players' vanguards are grade 3 or greater!)-Stride Step-[Choose one or more cards with the sum of their grades being 3 or greater from your hand, and discard them] Stride this card on your (VC) from face down.
[ACT](VC)[1/Turn]:[Counter Blast (1)] Choose up to two cards from your drop zone, call it to separate occupied (RC).

Granblue clan is a clan where focusing on reviving units from drop zone. Blueheart can be considered as a good G unit since he got an ACT skill with low cost to pay for reviving 2 units from drop zone. Honestly, this G unit is a must in every Granblue deck and with him a lot of combos can be made.

Ice Prison Underworld God, Cocytus Negative

Stride (Released when both players' vanguards are grade 3 or greater!)-Stride Step-[Choose one or more cards with the sum of their grades being 3 or greater from your hand, and discard them] Stride this card on your (VC) from face down.
[ACT](VC)[1/Turn]:[Counter Blast (1) & Put three cards from the top of your deck into your drop zone] If you have a card in your heart with "Cocytus" in its card name, choose up to one card from your drop zone, call it to (RC). Then, if you called a unit with "Cocytus" in its card name, you may choose a grade 1 or less card from your drop zone, call it (RC), and until end of the turn, that unit get [Power]+4000.

Based on my opinion, this G unit it's good to use with Ice Prison Hades Emperor, Cocytus "Яeverse". Since Cocytus "Яeverse" is more useful than Ice Prison Necromancer, Cocytus. However, you still can combo this G unit with Cocytus,

1) Ride Cocytus, use Cocytus skill, revive a Granblue from drop zone.
2) Stride Cocytus Negative, use another Cocytus or Cocytus "Яeverse" as Stride cost.
3) Use Cocytus Negative skill to revive back a Cocytus from drop zone. Then, you may continue to use his skill to revive another grade 1 or less card from drop zone.

Since Cocytus's skill can only be active once by placing it on (VG) circle. So, the cost for Counter blast 3 would be fair enough.

Fighter's Collection 2015 Featuring Dark Irregulars, Angel Feather, Gold Paladin, Bermuda Triangle & Granblue G units

"Fighter's Collection 2015" is the 3rd Fighter's Collection Pack released in the Japanese format.

• Each pack contains 3 cards, and each box contains 10 packs.
• There are 50 new cards (8 GR + 16 RRR + 26 RR).
• The card ratio will be different from both normal and extra booster sets.
• Get! Treasure Campaign (formerly Gold Trigger Campaign) will be inside as well.

So far, we have got Holy Celestial, Mikael, Purgation Lion Emperor, Mithril Ezel, & Great Demon, Soulless Demagogu.

Holy Celestial, Mikael

[ACT](VC)[1/Turn]:[Counter Blast (1)] If you have a card in your hearts with "Celestial" in its card name, put the top card of your deck into your damage zone, choose a face up card from your damage zone, and call it to (RC). Then, if you have a face up card in your damage zone with the same name as a card in your hearts, the unit called with this effect gets [Power]+5000 until end of turn.

Purgation Lion Emperor, Mithril Ezel

 Stride (Released when both players' vanguards are grade 3 or greater!)-Stride Step-[Choose one or more cards with the sum of their grades being 3 or greater from your hand, and discard them] Stride this card on your (VC) from face down.
[ACT](VC)[1/Turn]:[Counter Blast (1) & Choose a face down card named "Purgation Lion Emperor, Mithril Ezel" from your G zone, and turn it face up] If you have a card in your hearts with "Ezel" in its card name, unlock all of your locked cards, look at five cards from the top of your deck, search for up to one card from among them, call it (RC), shuffle your deck, and increase that unit and this unit's [Power] by the original [Power] of the unit called with this effect until end of turn.

Great Demon, Soulless Demagogu

 Stride (Released when both players' vanguards are grade 3 or greater!)-Stride Step-[Choose one or more cards with the sum of their grades being 3 or greater from your hand, and discard them] Stride this card on your (VC) from face down.
[AUTO](VC):During your main phase, when a card is put into your soul, until end of turn, this unit gets "[CONT](VC):During your turn, all units in your front row get [Power]+1000.".

Young Nobleman Pirate, Pinot Noir Granblue's Legion

Young Nobleman Pirate, Pinot Noir was introduced in Cardfight!! Vanguard Animation Series Episode 180 where it is used by Raul Cera, one of Quatre Knights in duty to protect Aichi's Seal.

This card also was also introduced as the first Granblue Clan Legion card, where Beauty Pirate, Pinot Blanc act as his mate. 

In the Episode 181, this card seems to work well with Beauty Pirate, Pinot Blanc, Samurai Spirit and Sea Strolling Banshee where you will be able to increase your hand and superior calls from your drop zone.
