This week, a promo card said the art created by a kid winning the art contest submission on Monthly Bushiroad has been revealed.

[ACT](VC):[Soul Blast (6)] This unit gets [Power]+10000/[Critical]+1 until end of turn, if the number of cards in your soul is two or less, put the top card of your deck into your damage zone.

[AUTO]:[Counter Blast (1)] When this unit is placed on (RC), you may pay the cost. If you do, choose three cards with "Regalia" in its card name from your drop zone, and put them into your soul. Then, if the number of cards in your soul is ten or more, put the top card of your deck into your damage zone.

Rulings

From what we can see, the ruling of this card divided into 2, it can be work in VC and RC.

This first [ACT](VC) skill, you can activate it on your main phase, by Soul Blast 6 it gets power up 10k and critical plus 1 until end of the turn. Since it's an ACT, this skill can be activated countless time as long as you have enough souls to do so. Be noted, if the number of souls you have is two or less after active the skill, you must put one card from top deck into your damage zone. From what i can say, it is not count as a damage, so the trigger won't be activate.

The second skill is [AUTO]:[Counter Blast (1)] When this unit is placed on (RC), so it is only activated when it is place on rear-guard circle once, you may pay the cost and choose 3 cards with Regalia from your drop zone and put them into soul. However, if you soul is ten or more after activate the skill, you must put one card from top deck into your damage zone, just like the first skill.

Tips

This unit can be use in Regalia deck. Since it can manipulate the damage zone, you can also play this card with Limit Break 4, Break Ride cards such as Wisdom Guardian, Metis.

This can also can be very useful for Legion Supports, especially CEO Yggdrasill because with CEO Yggdrasill legion attack, may need to cost for soul blast 6, by using Onmyo Regalia, you can recharge the soul after the legion attack and i'm sure you souls won't be enough than 10.
