Kazumi Onimaru is a new character in the Cardfight!! Vanguard G: NEXT anime. He has long, blond hair that's tied in a pony tail and yellow eyes. He wears a black suit over a red shirt. He uses a Nubatama deck, with Stealth Dragon, Shiranui as his ace.
In Episode 1, he enters Card Capital 2, looking for Chrono Shindou. He eyes Chrono, making sure that it is him, and asks Chrono to a cardfight. Multiple times throughout the fight, Kazumi says odd things that make Chrono act nervous and be suspicious of him. Kazumi quickly defeats Chrono as his deck was a bit too destructive against Chrono especially on hand destruction and winning by using Rikudo Stealth Rogue, Atagolord's skill and by drive checking a critical trigger while Chrono was at three damage.

After the fight, he leaves the shop and tells Chrono his name. Chrono searches him up on the shop's computer and finds that Kazumi is the previous champion of the Under 20 Championship.

During his fight against Chrono, the screen shows his eyes, and then Chrono gets transported to outer space and saw Kazumi standing in front of Planet Cray saying "I'm impressed that you can see this vision.". It's possible that Kazumi has PSY Qualia like Takuto Tatsunagi.
Kazumi does have the evil look with no mercy just like when a person when possessed by PSY Qualia's power and greed where you can see the same impression like Ren Suzugamori in the Cardfight!! Vanguard Season 1.
I really hope that Kazumi character will be develop more in this season and make him a remarkable villian for NEXT.
